Moving furniture

12h00

This morning was about getting the space set up and shaking things out as a group.  The staggered arrival of the participants put the first real bit of pressure on, with adjustments to the programme every 10 minutes it felt.  Building trust within the team is always the first task – everything else flows from that – learning, community spirit, … success.  It’s always a task as well – several of us have been through all this before together and we still need to move the furniture around at this new place until we have made it twice as big and welcoming for the next set of people.

  1. During the preparations, 186,41 mi away we had a meeting with our presidency, and we tried to get the permission as a participant of the KOVI project.
It wasn’t easy, and I tried to explain how we will use this acquired knowledge during the daily work… but when you say we will be in the middle of the forest with our team, and we will learn who we can make short video… can you imagine the result… It was hard, but finally one member from the presidency has got the keys, to give permission… ‘it could be a reward’… can you imagine my colleague face 
Yes! It will be a reward! Collapsed in a small place with around twenty strange people, to learn new things, since early morning until late night, and try to be polite, enthusiastic, and successful… that could be reward… by the way, is not important who we can call the opportunity.
It was a chance to move, and after a few hours we arrived, join to this group.
The life is easy, and you can see the wonder at any moment…
